Blackberry Liqueur

This time of year it seems we just need to come up with new ways to use up all of our apples and blackberries.  This might be my favourite...

 To make:  Fill jar with berries, add 1 cup of sugar, pour in vodka until it reaches the top.  Then just flip it over every day and wait a month! This year we were talking about ways to use those berries afterwards...maybe even just over ice cream?
