colour blocking

Ug, this shirt!  I made this shirt dress maybe two years ago? And I didn't like it, and it sat at the bottom of my sewing 'to do something about' pile.  Then six months ago I decided to paint part of it, got part way in, didn't like it, ran out of paint, left it in the pile.  Then I decided it was driving me NUTS to have hanging around and finished it.  But now I can't photograph it without it looking silly.  I swear it looks so much better in person.

Anyways, it's done.  It's getting checked off my list and will probably rest in the back of my closet until I move again.
