late, but summer is still alive and well here

OK, I saw this recipe in NY in July, and I can't get it out of my head.  Coconut curry popsicles sound amazing.

 We're headed out for an evening sail tomorrow, and I'm thinking about making the grapefruit-campari ones.  Maybe I'll try a few kinds...that peach-ginger...working from home gets out of hand sometimes.
